FENDI Château

FENDI Chateau Residences is located in the 9349 Collins Avenue, on one of the few available buildable lots in Surfside. Chateau Ocean Condo, like other oceanfront condos in Surfside will be limited to twelve storys. Smaller does NOT mean less luxurious, as a number of these new Surfside condominium developments are planned to have the same high quality details, features and amenities as those found in the much larger developments up and down the beach areas of Miami Beach, Sunny Isles Beach and up the coast.
